Returns Policy
We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging and 2 levels of inspection before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
Can everything be returned?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall in to any of the following categories:
As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
- Personalized items include keychains, rakhis, charms, charm bracelets, necklaces and rings.
- This is also applicable to sale items, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defected.
Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
Breaking it down – the return process:
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a Curio international executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it! Ship the item to the address mentioned below. Share the tracking details with our Curio international executive. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery). Please ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box: Shop Number 1 Ground floor, Narmada Mahadev Krupa, station road, near cross Garden , Bhayander west Thane Maharashtra 401101
Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 5 days. Please allow a maximum of 1-5 business days for the return process to be completed.

EXCHANGES :
Exchanges can be tricky, especially because the stock for each items keeps changing based on demand. That said, you could exchange an item purchased on www.Curioint.com with the same item or another item, if the item that you want is available.
